Craning his neck up, Bramen returned Dorian's kiss, breaking away in order to nestle his head against the mage's shoulder, nuzzling against his throat. "You could have stayed in Tevinter... But the Venatori would've tried to find a way to silence you," despite knowing so little about his lover's homeland, it didn't take much to determine what the Venatori would've done to him. It wasn't as though Dorian Pavus was an unknown mage, his family had rank and power. "Even with your father's support..." he murmured that a bit quieter, exhaling.
"You came here for a reason. You stayed for a reason," Bramen clutched his hand a bit tighter against the leather of Dorian's top, closing his eyes again. "What does Maevaris think of it?" The woman cared enough to write, evidently.
